The Project

Elegance and Technology for an exclusive project

Trieste 100 is an iconic and refined residence, where the unique location, elegant materials and finishes make the quality of life pleasant and functional.

In the search for perfection to the finest detail, the design philosophy of Trieste 100 has as its core value the subtle balance between beauty as the horizon upon which the gaze rests and the well-living.

The architecture should create spaces that intensify relationships, spaces that multiply life. Stefano Boeri

A vertical villa in a unique location

Trieste 100 combines residential prestige with the maximum comfort: contemporary design and architecture merge in this elegant seaside palace that stands, in all its height, on the city of Pesaro and on the beach, guarding its view.

Every outdoor and interior space of architecture is specifically designed and developed to fully enjoy the most exclusive services of the city and the beauty of nature, in new, bright and elegant environments.

The materials of city planning are: sky, space, trees, steel and cement; in that order and that hierarchy. Le Corbusier

A PROJECT OF EXCELLENT REDEVELOPMENT

Trieste 100 is the first and only vertical villa complex in Pesaro located on the promenade, a short walk from the old town. This exclusive property completes a major urban redevelopment project of a prestigious seaside district, which includes the beach, Viale Trieste and the renowned Hotel Excelsior, the only 5-star boutique hotel in Marche.

The new Trieste 100 residential complex fits harmoniously into a sophisticated historical context and combines it with the most modern design. It bears the signature of the Architectural Firm Marco Gaudenzi & Associates.

The Architect

Marco Gaudenzi was born in Pesaro in 1949. He graduated in Architecture from the University of Rome in 1976 and founded the Tamino-Gaudenzi Associate Studio, which he took over in 1999. In its 40-year activity, the studio has designed and built residential, sports and commercial centers, schools and university poles, theatres, public facilities and accommodations; Gaudenzi has also carried out renovations on buildings of historical value, both in Italy and abroad.

The architectural activity develops further in the strategic urban design of ports on the Adriatic coast and large hotels of excellence, such as the Hotel Excelsior and the Hotel Nautilus.
